Conditions for Show Participation

*All federal, state, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed. Each vendor must comply with the rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event.

• This is not a juried show.

• There is no set registration time on Friday, July 31st. A booth map, booth number, and additional registration details will be emailed one week prior to the show.

• On-site demonstrations of your skills are highly encouraged.

• All display areas are indoors.

• Full payment is due by July 1, 2026. Registration is not considered complete until full payment has been received.

• All participants are expected to remain open during designated show hours.

• Only one representative per franchise (e.g., Pampered Chef, Scentsy) is allowed. Participation is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The building will be secured each evening with additional security provided, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items at any time during the show.

• Booth spaces are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

• Animals are not permitted at the event.

• Unloading and loading assistance is not available. Please plan accordingly.
